Shima’s Family - Nitro

I was here on two separate occasions and both times the food was excellent. I made Keto at a time and got the chicken salad and they fixed a plate for me that I would have and the second time was the bacon fried rice that I absolutely love! I ordered the bacon fried rice a few times and randomly a picture of it... It is the best roasted rice in the valley when you catch it on certain days. Due to personnel problems, their hours are a little crazy, so I give them four stars because I know that it is difficult because we are there when they are open.

The food is as expected per choice. Good food and servings. Good service. Did not give 5 stars because my husband wanted Asian option to dinner and they were not serving these options, possibly due to staff being uncertain. Crab Puffs didn't taste as much as crab above all as cream cheese. Overall good experience enjoyed the food. Chicken sandwich was very good and filled.

We went to the Schlima for the first time tonight. All we had was excellent and fresh. Where else can you eat a burger and oriental in the same restaurant?

No better food or people in the valley! The wings are brilliant and amazing! The spicy pig and rice was delicious! The hot Bologna and rings... perfection!

Oh my! This was place is delicious! The burgers, Ramen, Hiroshima, and Chicken Teriyaki was amazing! Wish we lived here instead of Virginia! Super nice staff too!
