Tim Hortons - Nisku

I am a frequent customer at this particular Tim Hortons location. The staff is always quick and efficient with my order. No issues at all!!

I ordered a grilled cheese and a drink through the app at 9:18 p.m., but it didn't arrive until 9:29. When I requested a refund because the grill had been cleaned and they didn't ask for my sandwich order, the supervisor claimed it was an app error and refused to issue a refund. He then tried to explain how the app works, even though I had successfully ordered food through it. The service was very rude and unhelpful, not willing to listen or provide a refund. They became aggressive when challenged. I suspect they didn't want to grill because they were closing soon, but that is not my problem as I worked until 12:30. In the end, I didn't receive my food or a refund.

The coffee is excellent, especially the dark roast. They have a wide variety of pastries, including donuts and muffins. The soups and sandwiches are also very good. The service is a bit slow, but it's understandable because the location is always busy. I would recommend this place for everyday dining.

This for the third time I got the wrong order when I was driving through Nisku. I just wanted a breakfast sauce sandwich in an English muffin. Two times I got Bacon instead of Sausage, and then there was something... tasty potato thing this morning, instead of just my sausage. This is soooo frustrating. It's so hard to understand an order. It wasn't even busy when I went to 9:00. There were no cars behind me. COME ON Understood.

Can't start the day without my Timmy's....It allowed me to stop by and enjoy the excellent and pleasant service at this location.
