Pacha Kebab - Niort

Hello, I regularly go to the kebab pacha (2 to 3 times a week), the alias boss the beautiful kid varies the dishes and regularly offers me dishes outside the menu and very good. I could have known this kebab through tripadvisor. Looking at the reviews, I feel the kebab is undervalued (although more than 4 stars). Compare to all the kebabs I could test before, this is probably the only one to make a home pin following a personal recipe (viande of calf if I'm not mistaken mixing with spices). More surprisingly, bread is also homemade. the chef out there a round-shaped bread, cutting him in two to make two kebab breads. vegetables are fresh with a small parsillade on the onions. the only small flat is the choice of sauces. I don't think about what house and there are not all the choices that we could find elsewhere, only the essentials (blanche, samurai, herissa, ketchup, mayo).The establishment is generally clean, which is not necessarily the case in this kind of establishment.No wonder that this kebab is present for more than 17 years, if I believe the boss's words!

This small establishment offers traditional and artisanal kebab and kofte. The boss even prepares his meat and makes his bread. We were very well received, the prices are reasonable (4.50 euros the kefta sandwich with fries for example) and my son left very happy after being offered a malabar ! Thank you, nice.

This kebab, located 3 minutes from the train station, is the ideal place to taste a very good kebab before taking your train. the place is very, very simple but you are welcomed with great kindness by the father and the son who hold this establishment.
