Dragon Boat Rock is a small homestay located in a beautiful garden in a quiet area about 12 km from Ninh Binh, Germany. With only 5 bungalows, they offer a guided experience for guests. Every evening they serve a delicious breakfast with plenty of fruit and a family meal. Most of the dishes are vegan, with vegetables sourced from their own garden. They asked us about our dietary preferences when we booked, which we appreciated. One evening when we were the only guests, they prepared a variety of veggie dishes for us, including banana blossom salad, tomato soup with tofu, and a tofu dish wrapped in leaves that we had never tried before.
