Very good experience. A chef who dares, he takes calculated risks and the result is delicious. Come in, dish, dessert, everything is very good. The choice of wines, the advice is relevant. A moment of pure happiness We were able to discover the universe of Chef Vincent Croizard around a simply divine dinner. Measure technical know-how such as the cooking of pearly fish, the sublime and original flavours around spices and citrus that have particularly marked our taste buds! Everything surrounded by a team of adorable servers and a super sommelier. We had a wonderful time, thank you to the whole team.

The Vincent Croizard House is very interesting. The restaurant is located in the centre of Nîmes, in a laid street and the façade of the restaurant is just as ugly. However, when we rang at the door and entered the restaurant, what a surprise! What a beauty! An oasis! My husband and I were very welcome by Mrs. Croizard. Our table was impeccable and the boy who served us lunch was an exemplary professional. We had lunch and drink delicious wines from the region. All we say about the restaurant “Vincent Croizard” will be an absolute superlative due to our satisfaction. We will return and recommend this restaurant without hesitation.
