L' Atelier Du Sandwich - Nîmes

We discovered by chance this sandwich workshop. It's by far the best sandwich I've ever eaten. I chose a vegetarian sandwich. Vegetables, very tasteful, were cooked home and warm. Cereal bread, a little warm, mellow and firm both on the crust was also delicious. My wife, who had chosen the Roman sandwich, enjoyed it as much as I did. We highly recommend this small restaurant. We ate there. No supplement. To advise... The staff is quite friendly. We will return without hesitation the next time we pass to Nimes.
