Very good restaurant clean service fast and well done dishes I recommend

Click collection completely nonexistent and order more than incomplete. Following our order on the application, we have waited more than 40 minutes from the time indicated on the parking spaces reserved for the click collection (We are patient people who understand the affluence in fast-food). To make us even to the establishment where apparently no one took care of the click collection. By looking for they find our order. The latter has nothing of the child menu that does not contain book/activities, no fries (happyly my boy had his brick and sandwich even if it was cold), to the two adult menu where only one person had the right to his sandwich. When we have orders even with delay and mistakes on their part the minimum would have been to apologize and re-order our order. We've paid or refunded products. My opinion on this fast food a lot of affluence, overloaded parking, little empathy.

Personally unpleasant, don't make the change if we don't claim we don't make, unbelievable.

Today we tested for the first time the click and collect, in conclusion: the app didn't trigger the command nearby, we had to go back to the resto. When the order was received, I find it unaware that the employee who brought the bags tells us that we had to stay in the restaurant, especially with the covid!! the purpose of the click and collect is not to return. Also for 4 menus taken, only 3 paper towels. the drinks that are to take away were not cans?? I will no longer use this system, too many disadvantages!! The resto, I don't know if I'll go back... a discontented client

Always welcoming staff. I forgot my mask at the office, they gave me one with a smile. Excellent order.
