Guacamole Taqueria - Niles

I had the steak dinner, and it was quite tasty. It comes with a salad, guacamole, rice, beans, nopalitos, grilled onions, and a grilled hot pepper, along with your choice of soda and tortillas. I could only finish half of my meal, so I took the rest home. The salsa wasn't very spicy, though.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the food is fantastic. I'm from Chicago and will be making the drive up here regularly! These are the best tacos I've ever tasted.

The guacamole was fresh and well-seasoned, and the chicken taco was equally delicious. However, both dishes were unfortunately served with unripe tomatoes. Additionally, our waitress seemed disinterested in her job. We had to ask for plates, then glasses, and finally, we didn’t even receive any utensils! She offered the same lackluster service to other customers as well. On a positive note, we did see two other staff members providing attentive service to other guests. The restaurant is very clean, and the food is freshly prepared, making it a great spot for families with plenty of parking available. We’ll give Guacamole another chance and will update our review based on that experience. Ripe tomatoes, please!
