Fabfresco - Niles

Before even noticing the greens they were serving, I was impressed by the hygiene practices of the servers, who wore mouth masks and gloves. The fact that they also included veggie chips with every order was a nice touch. The prices were a bit steep at just over 100php, but for a one-time treat, it was worth it. I opted for the barbecue chicken salad with mango dressing, which was a good choice. The salad came with brown rice, fixins, and vegetable chips. The presentation could use some improvement, but the greens were fresh and free of any brown spots. The chicken had a mild barbecue flavor, and the mango sauce had a nice hint of fruitiness. In addition to barbecue chicken, Fab Fresco also offers steak, pulled pork, and fish in various formats such as tacos, burritos, bowls, or salads. They also serve green juices to enhance their health-conscious image. Overall, my experience at Fab Fresco was positive. While the flavors didn't blow me away, I appreciated the focus on health and hygiene. It felt like I had made a friend in the bustling food hall of LKG Tower.
