Dining At Makati Shangri-la Manila

Every staff of this hotel is very accomodating and friendly compare to Edsa Shangrila. I will definitely recommend Makati Shangrila to my friends. Hospitality at its finest. More power

First of all, i was surprised that it was still great to stay even though.its been 25 years..loved the rooms..big beds..cool room..spacious and elegant bathrooms..we had a great view of glorietta and the pool, tennis court..courteous staff..free valet..my family loved it..the food was yummy..lobby was always busy..gym was clean and cool..with all life fitness.machines..overall loved my stay..will definetly come back..a little suggestion: toilets would be better with bedets!

I love the environment and the location. However, just one improvement that I would like to point out is the taxi services. That would be perfect if the staffs there would be able to call taxi for the customers, especially during the hot weather in Manila. Overall the service is good.

Meet our family at the circles buffet. We had a wonderful time, amazing food and great service. Definitely will come back.

Stayed here yesterday 20th April 2018. Always our home, away from home.. Horizon Suite is comfortable. Happier to see L'occitane toiletries. Horizon Club Lounge offers the best view of Makati skyline. Staff as always gave their premier elite service. Au revoir!
