今まで一度もレビューをつけようと思った事のない自分ですが、もしまた新潟に来る事があれば何としてももう一度食べたいと思いレビュー致します。 特筆すべきは和牛すじの煮こごりと錦爽鶏レバー炭炙りかと思います。 まず、和牛すじの煮こごりですが臭みなく和牛の持つ旨味を十二分に発揮し仕上げている上に、付け合せの野菜との相性が抜群です。自分が来店したのは8月の半ば過ぎでしたが、メニューには「夏野菜と共に」の一言。素晴らしいの一言に尽きます。 続きまして錦爽鶏レバー炭炙り出しは、白炭にてじっくり炙られたレバーとハツが見事な陶器にて運ばれて参ります。この素晴らしき肉達の火の通り加減たるや、絶品を超えて神の域に届きうる加減。 これらを食べずに死ぬとなれば、まさに後悔の一言。 もう一言、おすすめの点を付け足すならば、酒の種類・使っている器・料理の飾り付けにおいて他の追随を許さぬ仕上がりに加え「価格不相応に安い」という点でしょう。 ついつい頼み過ぎて予算オーバーなんてものが想定の範囲内になってしまう程です。 皆様方、是非お越しくださいますよう。 そして私共のいつになるかわからない次回の為に、皆様方の幸せのひと時の為に、このお店のご利用をお勧めする次第でございます。 どうぞよろしくお願い致します。
