Burger King - Niebuell

Two Long Chickens with Cheese and Bacon ordered. I paid for 4x cheese and 4x bacon. The young employee apologised many times and asked his 'manager' for help. He asked the young man who was apparently not too long to pay for my 4€ difference. as far as everything is great. However, he came from the back after 2 minutes and gave me 4€ he had to pay from his own pocket. For me, a resignation pit of the 'Manager' I've never seen there. All other employees also shy the eye contact with him. I also forwarded the case to Burger King.

Unfortunately, the food was cold, although we waited 10 minutes, because it was freshly prepared and the store was empty. That's another half. No recommendation!

We ordered a few days ago on the spot. Unfortunately, we got the wrong burger (too small) and old dry cold pommes. That was really disappointing and disgusting, because we were always convinced of the Pommes. As always, the staff was totally overwhelmed, although we were the only guests next to two others. Unfortunately, we will now take a distance from Burger King in Niebüll, for almost 20 euros for the wrong (too small than the declared in the offer) burgers, fishy-tasting nuggets and non-eatable pommes are more than too much!!! It is fair to mention that the staff was nice and at least the sauces were properly packed.
