I ordered Spaghetti Carbonara twice. Do I have one without ham? And when I called there, the employee told me he can't help me. I'm really mad because you pay money, but don't get what's ordered. I give as rating 0. Food: 1 Service: 1

Usually I don't write reviews, but through my experience in this restaurant I feel compelled to warn others. The pasta was delivered for the second time with a false sauce. It should be a tomato sauce. However, it was just a cream sauce with felt some dye. Ranzig without end. The noodles were completely boiled so they fell apart. Spices were completely gone. Not even salt could be costed. The own spice cabinet had to stop. When the driver was there, he didn't even ring, but just walked out and waited for minutes. The food was on the ground. Only when we asked him to come to us, he came dazzling. It will never be ordered again!

Delivery times are always exceeded by more than half an hour at 3 km approach. For a pizza and a pizza bread! About half an hour is heavy and then over an hour is really sad. In spite of this, please simply indicate more delivery time and the confirmation of this, it is the same every time. At the time, you can expect half to three quarters more on it! The pasta always tastes like cooking completely without salt. Pasta is cooked in salt water! The sauces are also always without spices and taste, always have to be seasoned, with herbs salt pepper, all that the own spice cabinet produces. That can't be the point. The pizza is okay, but it's not a world-wide move. Do not get what I ordered several times. Even burnt pizzas are delivered that could never have been sent, so wait again because they made a new one. No understanding of complaints on the phone. I think this is quite detailed and you can make yourself a picture. And no, I didn't just order there once. After several attempts this was definitely the last time.
