Prices were what you would expect for BBQ. With a plate (1/3 lbs meat and two sides) you will not be disappointed about $13. The brisket is softly cut with a fork and has a good smokey taste. Make yourself a favor and get the cowboy beans, a white baked bean variety with some serious spices. The Mac cheese is made with a white cheese and, in my opinion, lacks gloss compared to the rest of the dish. The sauces are excellent, but not over the Chipotle vinegar. A splash of it would bring the taste in every flesh.

Has anyone ever dared to try her chicken? I mean, come on, who can even fit with chicken with chicken wet and meat served? I dare the generality to try the hoof pan and walk away in a straight line. I came here for a Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting. Staff was extremely friendly. Brisket and pulled pork were excellent and potato salad was out of this world. I'm so glad that this is in Nicholasville
