I would give this place zero stars if I could. My mom used to work here but quit, which I completely understand. However, since then, I've experienced food poisoning and the food has also been served to us with issues.

The service was exceptionally slow, as it seemed they had only one staff member on duty. Additionally, the prices were too steep for the portion sizes offered.

I inquired about any special events for National Burger Day, and the response I received was rather vague: “I don’t know.” To be honest, I was surprised by this and am still left wondering. The burger was decent, but not outstanding.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF POSSIBLE, OVER THE LAST YEAR WE HAVE BEEN TO DQ 30 TIMES, EVERY TIME WE GET SUNDAE'S AND EVERYTIME WE ARE OVERCHARGED. THE LARGE WE RECEIVE ARE THE SAME, OR SMALLER THAN THE KIDS SMALL SUNDAES. EVERYTIME WE ASK THEM TO CORRECT WE GET WINDOW SLAMMED IN OUR FACE AND IGNORED!

My family stopped there for dinner. We had to sit at high top table because the rest were dirty besides the one that the employee was sleeping in. They brought our food but forgot mine and my wife's fries. So I go up there and they tell me it'll be a few minutes. After we finish our burgers and still haven't gotten our fries I go up and ask for the manager so I can get refunded on the fries. He got rude saying that they was about to come out soon and they had other orders. At that point it had already been over 20 minutes and there was nobody waiting on food except for drive thru. We will not be back
