I selected this establishment specifically by looking for where to eat a (very good sauerkraut on Nice (competitors are not stuck), because although I cook (objectively with a little talent, here is a dish on which I do not risk and let specialists do. Again it is necessary to find in the country of the salad niçoise (I am niçois, so not under heard! . In addition, I target a good reception and a good value for money. So for me, the essential being these criteria, the Bd Risso environment and the somewhat tristounet frame of the room are of no importance! If you are looking for a bling or a living room, pass your path and go to the Cours Saleya or the beaches. At the restaurant's command, a couple of Alsatian operators (who is already a very serious asset when talking about sauerkraut... adorable prodigying a warm welcome. What about the plate? We were two, I hesitated on the royal sauerkraut (63€, but the boss, honest, told me it was best to attack 3 good eaters (I'm one. So I chose the chef's sauerkraut (19€), to which I added a stock with a modest supplement. Mazette! The photo I put in the annex will tell you more than my words, but the part was dantesque, which would delight (first of the eyes, in accordance with my wildest expectations, then the palace. Tasting: a light ingredient, the cabbage is here very finely cut (a very pleasant texture and especially not acidic).
