Ichiban Sushi Express - Niagara

We enjoyed a quick lunch at Sushi Express before an afternoon show at Casino Niagara. The prices were reasonable and the portions were just right. The service was fast and efficient.

It was late at 8:15 a.m., a male server told us that he had only enough shrimps to make a shrimp, so my 10 years old boy ordered excited that last. When the food was ready, my husband found shocking 1 shrimp and...3 pieces of imitation cancer in the bowl and verified so only 1 shrimp for a shrimp Udon? The server shroff and said, "Yes" and nothing else. My husband was disappointed, but accepted it and left. Customer service was absolutely terrible! I told them that no fish is at the beginning of my order and they're in it. When I saw how they put the fish in me, I repeated that I didn't want a fish in the sushi roll and that went on to scream me and walk through the casino in front of everyone. Will never support this business again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sushi at this restaurant is excellent and perfect for taking back to your room if you are staying at the casino. It is very fresh, delicious, and affordable. It makes for a wonderful snack or lunch option.
