Trius Winery Restaurant

First off I have to compliment my man Steve for giving us a wonderful tour of the vineyard and cellars! He was extremely friendly, caring, and passionate about what he does, and please lest I forget the great stories he told us to seal in the lessons he taught! I wish we had had time to eat because their food menu looked exemplary! The wines are absolutely amazing, it was great to learn the processes on how they are made!! Keep it up folks!

Prices very high for very little food. Peace salad was one quarter peach, one tablespoon cottage cheese, one skimpy piece of prosciutto and cheese. Very over priced. You will walk out hungry. Would not recommend restaurant. Winery is fine.

We are from Niagara and recently went to Trius and had a great time. We started with a wine tour and we all found it really interesting. Our tour guide was Suzanne. She was very friendly and not overly pretentious. She started by "sabering" a bottle of sparking wine! What a show. Next we went up the stairs for a birds eye view of the vineyard. Up there we sampled a lovely white wine and talked about how the elevation of the property and the proximity to the lake and escarpment affect the growing of the grapes. We then tried an excellent red and then went into the cellar to a tour. They have a beautiful dinning area set up that can be rented for private functions. Thanks again Suzanne for a great tour!

What a fabulous place. Lovely dining room. Sensational staff. Great menu and food preparation. Six of us each had a different meal. Maybe this is the best place for dinner in the area.

Stopped here for lunch after visiting Gretzky Estates Vineyard. Service and food were wonderful. Menu is limited and unique.
