Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview

Welcoming staff, the hotel is within walking distance of everything interesting on the Canadian side. The room was more than large enough for our family of four and had a decent amount of room for us to even enjoy some carry-out at the dinner table as a family. The pool was on the smaller side but no complaints for the price.

Friendly staff, they gave us a nice room on the top floor with the Falls view, we arrived on a Sunday and that might have helped. Clean room, no mini fridge so bring a cooler and bring water otherwise it'll set you back $2.99 a bottle, little tiny coffee maker that makes the worst coffee in Canada. Used a Groupon for our stay and it was still an expensive stay as they nickel and dime you to death, $15.00 a day for parking when there are empty parking lots all around the hotel. Fees on top of fees and taxes makes this place a one and done. Photo is view from our room.

Was under the impression of staying in a new building but was instructed to go to tower B that was a very old building. Was also unaware of all these other hidden fees mandatory fee on top of the parking fee and additional room fees. Pool and restaurant not in tower B but across the parking lot. Highly recommend you find other arrangements than this hotel for the price range. Extremely dissatisfied with service and management.

We took a impulse trip to Nigeria Falls for a couple days and decided to stay at the Wyndham. This is a great place if you like clean rooms and don't need a lot of extra fluff. We got a room without a view of tree falls and it was very cost efficient. I would have liked a fridge and microwave but we did get upgraded to a jacuzzi suite which was so nice for an evening soak. My husband and I actually dozed off in there. Check in was quick and easy and the hotel was close enough to many local attractions that we could walk. I can only assume that the hotels pool was nice since I saw kids running in and out all day tough I didn't use it myself. The housekeeping was also on point. The fee wifi was a good bonus, but for locals it's probably not that big of a deal. I'd stay here again but I'd also check out some of the other local places too.

This hotel is located within close proximity to the falls themselves, and is walking distance to all the attractions. There was a $25off coupon to the multiple IHops in the area at check-in. The room was well appointed with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The lack of a mini-fridge was disappointing. This should come standard just like they do practically everywhere else. There was a hidden fee to park your car there on their property per day. That sucked. Finally, the offerings in the 'cafe ' in the lobby were no better than what you get at a gas station. $6 for a microwaved store-bought Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich!? Cmon! That really brought the overall feeling of the place down considerably! Was pretty disgusted at that. Get breakfast/coffee elsewhere!
