Tim Hortons - Niagara Falls

Tim Hortons is a nice place with good coffee and breakfast items. There's seating in this area too

This is a great spot for meetings, breakfast, lunch, or just relaxing. Their pastries are so delicious that they have a way of sticking to your hips! The staff is friendly and efficient.

It's uncommon for me to rate franchise locations higher than 3 stars, but this one at the Fallsview Casino Resort deserves recognition. They've managed to keep their prices quite reasonable, especially when compared to others who are hiking them up.

I would say the customer service is excellent. When I visited, there was no wait, which is a relief since long lines can be frustrating. Overall, I give the employees five stars. Here are a few highlights: 1. Fresh coffee 2. Great customer service 3. Fresh food 4. A wide variety of donuts and muffins. What more could you ask for?
