TGI Friday's - Niagara Falls

I had the fish and chips and it was so heavy and not delicious. It was made to order, but I couldn't finish it as it tasted. The presentation was great and the customer service was great. I have them two stars for the customer service. The food is a zero for me. I was there a long time ago and thought it had changed, but it was the same terrible food. My friends had pasta and they didn't like how it tasted.

We ordered an app and a chicken Caesar salad for the takeout. Taken food from understaffed farm and was shocked to see that a 17% satisfaction was automatically added. I can understand that for those who decide to din-in, but this seems excessive for the payout. Besides, when we came back to our room, there was no chicken added to the salad. For a Caesar salad and Mac cheese bite, it was over $50. Will never support this place again.

Hello, just wonder why you need to be over 18 to be allowed in one of your kitchens? Also I'm not happy to get cheese in 2016 on my spaghetti and meatballs when I said I didn't want a cheddar, so...if you could check the names of the staff on your knight at that time, it would be very appreciated. I visited TGIF in Niagara Falls this weekend to order a take-out meal for my son and I. I ordered a drink while I waited and the total for a drink and 2 meals was $90. Most expensive burgers we’ve ever had. I know Niagara...Falls is expensive but upon looking over my bill, they had automatically added a 17% tip. I’ve heard of this for a large group but for a take-out order for 2 people I felt it was unacceptable.
