Sunset Grill - Niagara Falls

Okay, eat. no seasonal so bland. a terrible service. no check-in on good or drinks. food required spices

Had a pleasant late breakfast on the terrace with friends. it was a beautiful Sunday morning after a few hours motor tour niagara. coffee was ok eating was uninspiring and needed season (many) service was robotic but timely.

Extraordinary food had a whisper with the side of the smoked salmon. perfect made poached eier service was great. I must try from the tourist attractions of clifton hill away.

As we are in a lockdown, we could only takeout. they forgot jam for my toast when I had asked extra, but everything else was great! fresh food.

Highly unimpressed compared to Sunset Grill locations in Oakville and Ajax. We were 2 adults and 1 child, the omelettes for the adults came out first and were flat, unseasoned and completely lacking in flavour. Potatoes were not fully cooked and those that were cooked...were not crispy at all. Child's pancakes travelled halfway around the restaurant looking for its owner before it was delivered to our table... naked. When we pointed out that there were no toppings on it as ordered, we were told it's ok, we'll bring it. A few minutes later, the child was presented with a tiny swirl of whipped topping in a tiny bowl. Not sure how she is expected to top her pancakes with that little amount or if she was supposed to just cut up her pancakes small and dip it, but definitely a failing grade on how that was handled. Normally coffee is really good (especially at the Oakville location we frequent), however this was below average. Won't be returning to this location for sure. Sent in a message to customer service but never received a reply. C'est la vie.
