Starbucks Coffee Canada - Niagara Falls

The service at this restaurant was slow but very polite. The snack was perfect, but unfortunately, the drink was completely wrong. I ordered a peppermint mocha, but they forgot the peppermint and I'm pretty sure it was just a regular coffee with milk or cream instead. I was not impressed at all, and the drink was disappointing. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

The service was friendly and efficient, and my order was accurate. I was impressed by the numerous cozy bistro-style seating options available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot. The restroom was also very clean. I will definitely be returning.

I have generally had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, as the staff are always friendly and accommodating. However, I recently had a negative experience when I arrived shortly before 9pm on August 27th, only to find that the night shift had closed 30 minutes early and turned away several customers. I was disappointed to see the staff cleaning up and appearing to be more focused on their phones than serving customers. Despite this, I still give the restaurant 4 out of 5 stars.

I went to drive through arounf 7:30pm yesterday, Thursday. The attandent who took my order was very warm and welcoming. I am just sorry that me and my wife could not complement her there as we were in a rush.
