Starbucks - Niagara Falls

On Saturday at 7:25 PM, I want to give a shout-out to Phill, who was working the drive-thru. He was incredibly friendly and informative, letting me know that kiwi is unfortunately being discontinued. I'm sad to see my favorite fruit go, but pineapple passion fruit sounds fantastic! Thank you, Phill; you made both me and my boyfriend extremely happy with your excellent service and positive attitude. We will definitely be back with our friends. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and quick turnaround. You all are awesome!

Went to 3 different locations including this one and found all their doors locked before closing time, finally had to go to a fourth that had no parking and was in a crowded tourist area. What's the point to posted closing times if you just close whenever you feel like it? If this had only been one location I may have forgiven it but 3???? Absolutely ridiculous This was at 9:30 with the stores listed as closing at 10pm

This location is awful if you want to get work done. The only large table in the store is always occupied by the manager who takes up the entire table with schedules, laptop etc during prime business hours. I have walked in and walked out on multiple occasions because I didn 't have access to a plug that wasn 't on the very small table lining the wall. There has been times where a reserved sign is on the table! Definitely not a location where they 're thinking of their customers.

When I worked at Starbucks we were always told to be kind and courteous to all customers. This location is anything but that, both times I?ve attempted to use this location I?ve been treated like an unwanted annoyance more than someone conducting business. Last time I was even told off and talked down to because I asked a question. If you NEED Starbucks just drive the extra couple km and go to McLeod Rd, save yourself the headache. Highly unprofessional.

My go-to Starbucks! Great coffee and food and an amazingly friendly staff. Will keep coming here again and again.
