Outback Steakhouse Niagara Falls

My companion and I had fond memories of dining at Outback in Hawaii, so we decided to try out the Outback in Niagara Falls for dinner last weekend. However, we were sorely disappointed by the restaurant's poor condition. The interior was worn and the tables and seating were damaged, giving off an overall dirty appearance. The bathrooms were the worst part, with toilets that leaked puddles onto the floor and a strong stench. It was absolutely disgusting and made us wonder about the hygiene standards of the place. The food did not live up to our expectations either. We were also surprised to find that a tip was automatically added to our bill, and the prices were exorbitant, such as paying $36 for a basic salad. Needless to say, we left feeling extremely let down by our dining experience.

Store front said opens at 3, internet says opens at 4. Went at 4:10 not opened and there were no signs that indicate anything other than the posted shielding. Paid for the parking lot and brought out children to have no dinner. Poor operations.

My son in the law had high expectations of this restaurant and sad to say they were not really fulfilled. The food was just okay, nothing special. That was more disturbing when we got the bill, as it was the most expensive meal we had in Niagara. The staff was nice, but I wouldn't leave.

We came to lunch and ordered our food. Our server was nice. Bar Tender did NOT have her mask when preparing drinks and hiking around the restaurant. We need our vaccines to eat here, but not the staff?? The restaurant was dirty, the food was too expensive and definitely not worth it. That was a terrible experience.

Mt boyfriend and I visited this location on September 11, 2021 and was really disappointed. The pricing was very high infact higher than The Keg. My boyfriend order the steak and lobster tail and the lobster was frozen. Not what I would expect for the...price paid.
