Niagara Brewing Company - Niagara Falls

Don't bother, we order 2 burgers and one coney island dog. One burger order wasn't right and my dog got a smidgen of chili on it. I go complain about my dog and waited a loooong time to get a cup of chili for my dog. Spent a fortune for disappointing food and service. I wasn't the only one who's order wasn't right that day. Should of went to Wendy's.

Everything was so expensive this weekend in Niagara Fall so I decided to go to the Great Canadian Burger company for a single order. I saw the meat cooking on the grill so I assumed it would be fresh but when she handed it to me (and there was nobody else in the restaurant), I saw that it was vile. It looked like it had been sitting there in the back of somebody's car for a week and they reheated it. The cheese was melted all over the package and the bag, the mushroom was unrecognizable, the bun was misshapened and the burger had no texture of meat...this from someone who can eat anything. Gawd what a waste of time, money and hope.

Awesome resort- 4 hotels, Crowne Plaza, Skyline Inn, Clifton Victoria Inn, Sheraton. HUGE waterpark fallsview indoor waterpark. A large assortment of restaurants Subway, KFC, Rainbow room, Fallsview buffet, Windows by Jamie Kennedy, Rainforest cafe, Hard Rock Cafe and many more restaurants including Ruby Tuesday, Boston pizza, Clifton family restaurant, Burger King, Kelsey’s all within walking distance of the resort on Clifton hill. There is also a large arcade with bumper cars, mini putt, Laser ride, and pink panther ride in summer only. Looking for a spectacular Fallsview room stay at the Sheraton. Also Fallsviw rooms at Crowne Plaza

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It took us half an hour to order, pay, and receive our meal, even though it wasn't very busy. The burger was bland and undercooked, the fries were mediocre at best, and the bacon had no flavor.

I visited the new lounge that recently opened. The draft taps were not working and there was red wine stored in the fridge. There was no service staff, just someone behind the bar, and customers had to get their own drinks. It was a disappointing experience.
