Myst Lounge - Niagara Falls

There are several vegan dishes clearly marked on the menu, however, prices are on the higher side. This restaurant is very convenient for those staying close to the waterfalls.

This is a great spot with enjoyable live music and a decent selection of vegan dishes to satisfy your hunger.

For the price, the food was a bit bland, but it is a convenient choice in the Niagara Falls area. The restaurant clearly labels its vegan options, but you can also request other dishes to be made vegan.

I went there in the evening. There is no vegan option available anymore. You can have the quinoa dish without egg whites, and a salad without the feta... The quinoa bowl was delicious though. There are not a lot of vegan options here in Niagara, so the choice to go to spyce lounge was good. There was also a live band.

Stopped in at 2ish on a Monday for a day trip to a show, and the quinoa bowl is only on the night menu and bar tender said he’s not even sure they are offering that entree anymore
