La Farina Bakery - Niagara Falls

I ordered a red velvet to the birthday of my sohne, and it tasted unanimously terrible. the cake was so moist in the inner it was in a round liquid. it had an orange taste. After I let the bakery know that I was hit with nothing but an rude and casual attitude from the dame at the front, and the baker who says nothing to me is wrong with the cake and tries to gasse me into the assumption that it was just one thing. I would have been willing to overlook a simple mistake if it had been fulfilled with a compulsory accountability. 0/10 would not go anymore.

Lady serving desserts very rude and not helpful answering my questions. Desserts seemed not fresh old tasting. Was excited to try this bakery first time and last time very disappointing.

Nice lady. Lack of selection and a lot of what drew me to drive here was things I saw on there Google pictures but unfortunately they didn’t have any of it when I visited. No macaroons. No chocolate cake or choices for cake. Lack of breads. The items I did get were ok. Maybe I went on an off day but I Wouldn’t return.

This was an impulse stop for us. Glad we did. Really enjoyed the chocolate crunch donut, empire cookies, Easter egg bread, and finally the blueberry pie. The store was very clean, and pastries were all represented in a clean touch free counter. The smell of fresh baked goods got us hooked in a buying frenzy and we even picked up pickled eggplant that they carry as well as so much more in canned/,preserved goods of well known Italuan food manufacturers. The staff was pleasant and helpful as well their friendly demeanor and also those of the other patrons in La Farina also at that moment. 5 star establishment.
