AlMac's Buffet - Niagara Falls

Very disappointed to see them sell us a bottle of water $4.00???? How much is a case of water these days. They should serve tap water like any other restaurant if you choose to drink tap water. We will not go back again just for this reason. As a matter of fact coffee should have been included with the breakfast and refill.

The amount of options is great, but the food was cold, had little flavor and wasn't anything I wanted to go up to the buffet for seconds. The sausage was scorched on the outside and cold and jelly like on the inside. I didn't even like the donuts.

Food was actually quite good. Better if you can get it as it comes out. It wasn’t busy when we were there June 15 at 8:30 am. Service was horrible. There were four servers behind the bar talking and looking at their phones. T When we were finally greeted she was grumpy and acted like we were bothering her. I guess we were because I had to ask for coffee and the bill. We were completely ignored as were others in the restaurant. I didn’t leave a tip because like I said service was horrible. More interested in their phones. Ownership may want to consider making a policy about using their phones while on duty. Just a thought!

Avoid at all cost. They refuse to serve you a necessity of life, WATER. They refuse to give you a glass of tap water. You must buy a bottle of water at $4.00. We were there buying 4 buffets and I needed a glass of water to take my pills. This should be illegal. Avoid at all cost.

Stopped in for the breakfast buffet, it was an enjoyable meal, All you can eat bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, french toast ,eggs, potatoes and more. For about $15.00 US including drinks. Hey, you go elsewhere and pay 25 dollars for a plate of pancakes, and a couple strips of bacon. The food for the most part was good, only miss was the sausage, which had no flavor or spice to it. I would suggest raising the price a couple of dollars and include juice/coffee as part of the buffet.
