Great location and personal I asked to change my order because it was too sweet and then they changed it into double double.

I wish I could give zero stars I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received from tim horton. I've been sending this thema by email for months and no one helps me. on June 29, 2022 I went to tim hortons on the Clifton hill, to my birthday to drink my free day. I order my free drink and when I scanned my Tim card for points, the cashier talked with her coworker all the time, I had a Tim gift card and Tim Points card in my app. She has accused my tim gift card without my permission from my app. I should get a free drink, but because she was busy talking, she took money from my card. I went back and told the lady about it. she said the manager will contact me because she can't pay me back the money. I waited two weeks, but no one contacted me. then I called and emailed, but no answer. last month, when I fortunately was the manager (autumn) there. She apologized and said she sent me a gift card. I said, okay. I waited and waited, but no gift card. I called her back and she said I don't know why it didn't deliver, but I'll send you back. So I waited and waited again and no gift card came in so that I asked them email that asked about the gift card. She said she can't send any gift cards anymore because she's already sent two. I told her I didn't get one. after that she reacted to my emails. why would their employees of the company not kidnap the money of men without asking them? and why the manager 5 months takes to answer and why manager lie about sending us the gift card if they clearly did not, I called Kanada post and they told me when someone sends every post, the recipient gets it in 5-6 factory days. I am very disappointed by the service that tim horton offers. they are money eaters and thieves who take their money without permission and later not return the money.

The lime Cilantro shell was ordered here, the service was fast, but had a few problems with the meal. I first wanted to choose my side for the meal to add the suppe of the day suppes thee as an additional product. no problem, but I'm cleared again to choose it as one side, but I was told that they only chicken noodle suppe. I went for it and was then told that the suppe could not be entered into the computer. strange. would have kartoffel wedge instead, but would have a preferred suppe.
