The Epicurean - Niagara Falls

Our server was exceptional and gave us a great recommendation for wine. We enjoyed it so much that we visited the winery the next day to buy more. My husband loved the ribs, which he said were similar to those at a Texas BBQ restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed my seafood pasta special, although I wish there were more shrimp or scallops and fewer squids. The mussels were cooked perfectly, and the squid was delicious. The crème brûlée was a delightful finish to our meal, reminiscent of what you might find in Paris. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

The staff at the restaurant were friendly and welcoming, and the overall service was good. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. We ordered the Pesto Chicken Wrap, but were unable to have it customized to our preference. Despite the high price of $25, the wrap was inedible due to yellow bacon and a strange aftertaste from the chicken. The French Onion Soup, priced at $14, was also not worth it. I typically don't like to complain in person, but I hope the restaurant takes this feedback into consideration and improves the quality of their food to match their prices.

The food was incredible and our server, Melanie, was very attentive and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was also friendly and attentive. Overall a fantastic dining experience.
