Queen Victoria Place Restaurant

Maria was our waitress and she was very attentive and made us welcome! the food was great!

Our waitress was excellent and fully accommodating. we had a nice look at the if and the food and the drinks were all delicious. is coming back.

Excellent service especially sam was wonderful and helpful

Our server, Cameron, was pleasant, but the rest of the staff were unprofessional and moody - making comments like, "get me another beer, this one has floaters!" A staff member was power washing the steps only 15 feet away from our table at noon and ignored the waiter's request to stop and be more considerate. The food was processed, of poor quality, uninspired, and not at all like the website description. The soup tasted like processed paste, the chicken was generic, and the tacos tasted like Bush's baked beans with a hint of pork. The view was stunning. As a local resident, it was disheartening to see this once great restaurant on the Parkway fall so far into mediocrity. It would take very little effort to greatly improve. I urge the chef to dine here one day and witness the dysfunction of this establishment. I would love to be proud of this place once again.

Staff was outstanding. Food selection was limited. Great location.
