Bidrage med feedbackDelicious food and decent service at slightly below western prices. Generally speaking the food was delicious especially for the price. Small nitpicks would be that meat was slightly tougher than others I've had and a miso soup was salty. When I ate here, there was only two wait staff, one of which seemed to be either a trainee or backup as they seemed a little lost. When the customers started increasing responsiveness quickly dropped but they worked hard.
A good spot on the top floor of Nha trang centre. Had dinner there twice in a row. Ordered the same dish, only that the 2nd time around the extra condiments I ordered were cold and the eggs were not marinated. Otherwise a fairly priced place
Ok, so when it comes to ramen I'm super picky. I lived in Japan for many years and I'm used to the real thing. In this place we were served really good ramen (worth solid 4 stars) but it is not the real deal. I ordered tonkotsu and it was tasty but it was not a proper tonkotsu flavour. Pork belly was very good, but broth was not as dense as it should be. It was tasty but didn't taste like tonkotsu broth. Eggs were a bit too well done. I love eggs in ramen but they're supposed to be very soft boiled. Here they were a bit too much on a hard boiled side. In sum: good ramen for good price. If you're not as picky as me you might be fully happy. Other details: Prices are reasonable (a bowl for around 110 000 vnd), service is ok. We were not served chopsticks but we were seated next to napkins chopsticks section so we just grabbed what we needed without bothering the waitress.
I’ve had a lot of ramen in my life and I know when one is authentic.. this place is not. Ramen is big filling but sad to say it is below average. For non ramen experts this might be ok for you.
Great place to have a meal. The prices are a bit steep. Also have vegetarian options. Recommended.
