! Had to return my food as it was cold, staff reheated it but my wife’s food was still cold? Younger member of staff was unhelpful sour demeanour, older staff more pleasant, perhaps training needed. Not good enough for Newtownabbey Mill

Booked this restaurant for a pre theatre show recently. The food was good and service was extremely good. One of our party had complicated dietary requirements and they went to great lengths to meet these.All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.We will be back

Went for the pre theatre meal, well presented food, friendly helpful staff. Great value for money and handy for attending show. Will definitely use again

Went for the pre theatre meal tonight 22/12/12. A group of seven of us. Dining area was pretty cool. We had pre ordered our meal, four of us having vegetable broth. The soup all had to be returned as it was cold. Main course and dessert were both quite good. Ordered coffee of which three were only luke warm and I returned mine and asked for it to be taken off the bill as it was cold. The waitress came back and said all coffees were removed from bill. We requested the bill and on checking we found we were overcharged x 3 small bottles of wine and a pint is Guinness. None of the empties had been taken off the table so we could verify this. All and all note a great night out

Was at the mill and used thare cafe up stairs the staff in it wr not very pleasant any thing u asked for was a nuisance to them dnt get me wrong one girl was great the other didn’t seem to no hi to smile eather if u dnt like ur job dnt be thare
