Bothy - Newtownabbey

The service was very disappointing; I waited 20 minutes for two coffees. The staff appeared more focused on serving takeaway orders. Although the server apologized for the delay, the two lukewarm coffees I received weren’t what I ordered. Instead of one latte and one cappuccino, I ended up with two cappuccinos, and by that time, I didn’t feel like reordering my latte. I definitely won’t be returning here; I’ll be choosing Costa or Café Nero in the future. I wouldn’t recommend Bothy to anyone.
