Found Nick's catering at the Southbury Farmer's Market offers prepared meals to go home, warmth and serve....Amazing!! I bought aubergines Ala Nick for me and Chicken Parmesan for my son. My son who's 9 but a foodie like his mom says it's one of the best he had. The Aubergine is excellent and it is such a nice thing to find homemade, unpre-cleaned baked eggplants that use many places. I look forward to tasting more of Nick's meals.

I've been ordering catered foods from Nick's for years; I've followed them from Danbury to Newtown because we always love everything we order. Our guests always love the food (and so do we), everyone is stuffed, and the prices are very reasonable. Always excellent, highly recommend!
