Best pizza in town hands down! Just ate the best cheese pizza ever! Soooo good!

I ordered a large plain cheese pizza for pickup, told it would be $18 and some cents. Told it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. My husband went to pick it up and was told there was no order for a plain cheese pizza but there was one for a large pepperoni. My husband called me and I called them. They tried to sell me the pepperoni pizza that had a totally different name . I told them No, I ordered a large plain cheese and that is what I wanted. But I also told them I wanted a discount for the inconvenience. They were willing to take $2.00 off the pepperoni pizza, which wasn't mine and I didn't want, but they refused to discount the pizza I originally ordered. The manager said he couldn't discount it because it was a whole new pizza, and they didn't do anything wrong. I have been patronizing this place since they opened here in Newton Falls, but there are a lot more pizza places here in town that I will be ordering from in the future. They didn't make a sale tonight, and they lost a steady customer.

From the street, this looks like a hole in the wall type place. Which naturally means it's either awful or amazing. I'm glad I rolled the dice because it was definitely the latter. The Gionino's bread was delicious! The pizza was full of flavor with a flaky buttery crust and had some of the best sausage I've ever had. Delicious dipping sauce too. And the price is very reasonable. 10/10 recommend! Service: Dine in
