Fantastic restaurant! The staff is incredibly quick, friendly, and always delivers a consistent quality of food. It’s always a pleasure to visit!

Every time I have to rate a place like this, it’s to urge the management to improve. The restaurant appears clean, but it’s extremely hot inside—it feels like hell. The staff is quite rude, and to make matters worse, the young girl who served us seems to need more training. I ordered a simple tuna sandwich, and it was poorly made; the sub itself was empty. Each time she reached for one of the veggies, she acted as if she were handling something precious, but unfortunately, it resulted in a disappointing sandwich. Please don’t shy away from putting together a good sub; it really doesn’t have to be this difficult!

I am happy and glad they do not have restrooms. Restrooms bring a lot of bacteria to places, specifically food places, which would not be an ideal to prevent sickness among each other. It’s better and sanitary for customers to pay for their food and take it with them or carry hand wipes with them if they want to sit down to eat.

For whatever reason the last couple times the fountain drinks have smelled and tasted disgusting. Otherwise great

The reviews are accurate. The staff member was overly aggressive in trying to upsell me on everything, even using subtle guilt to persuade me when I said no. While I wish them all the best, I think they would benefit from a more friendly approach.
