Subway - Newton

Do NOT go to this store. The South Subway is much better. Ordered sandwiches on the app 20 minutes in advance. Apparently, they make them at the time they get the order instead of closer to the order time to “prepare for the rush.” So, we picked up cold sandwiches when we ordered them toasted. Called the store to figure out why they were cold (like they had been sitting out all day) and the employees were very rude to talk to, being very defensive and high and mighty claiming they were right to give us cold sandwiches when we ordered them hot. Their solution to making the sandwiches too early? Microwave them before we are to pick them up. When I asked to speak to someone else, the employee on the phone with me started copping an attitude towards me while talking to a coworker. I was never able to speak to someone else. Seriously, never go to this store.

People who are busy there are very helpful for the customers.

Do not go to this load, terrible service and rude people. go to the southwards if you need subway!

Food is good, but I would recommend ordering in the store or in the drive-thru. My Curbside order had olives on my wife's sandwich instead of mine.

The employees were a little rude, didnt give me a chance to order everything i needed. They just pushed everyone along like cattle.
