Kfc - Newton

This is my recent 2nd visit. I suppose management has changed because the food has been excellent both times. Ordering was quick, the food was quick, the chicken sandwich juicy. Last time I got chicken strips which were also yummy. 100% better thanwhat I used to know.

This place is horrible. The last time I went, a few months ago I was extremely disappointed between service and food. I said I would never go back. But I did today, no Diet Pepsi, then the order came to $8.52, he gives me $1.45 change, I said I should get3 cents more, he said we don't have any pennies. It wasn't about 3 cents, he wasn't even going to tell me. Plus the person Iplaced the order with was very hard to understand and communicate with. This time was definitely my final visit, for sure

First off no one was at the counter and I had to wait at least 10 minutes for the lady to acknowledge me because she was on her phone. While waiting I noticed how filthy dirty the place was. Literally disgusting. I placed my order and she proceeds to fillit. Then I see her taking the chicken that she placed in the bucket take it out with her fingers and replace it with differentchicken. At that point I got grossed out and left. The whole time never stopped taking on the phone. Do I have to tell you notto go there? This place is really sad.

Do NOT go to this KFC. When we walked in. There was no one in line. We waited 5-10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. The guy working the drive thru was working the counter too. He rushed through my order and I waited another 10-15 minutes. When we gothome, we realized they didn?t give us the extra crispy. The chicken was soggy. The large Mac and cheese was not even half full.The corn looked like they just dumped it from the can. And the biscuits were raw inside. The food was actually gross. I agreewith others that the inside isn?t cleaned and most people working there, which only seemed like 4-5 were confused as to whattheir jobs were. A year ago, this place was so much better.. I don?t know what happened but I won?t be back.

Employee told me to move along because she 's working for speed literally 2 seconds after handing me my food. No one was behind me! Didnt even give my receipt. I parked and walked in to see a nearly empty store and told her exactly what I thought about herNASTY attitude. AND SHE CURSED ME AS I WAS LEAVING! Pretty sure she was the manager.
