The only reason why she gets 2 stars because the cook cook the meat well, but the way that eat is joined together is terrible, burritos rolled sideways and more cheese than rice

Very Slow service. It’s been like this for some time. They can’t figure out how to manage online plus in store orders. It took over 30 mins to even get to the front with maybe 7-8 people in front. Slowest service of any chipotle that I’ve been to. If you come, you should go during off peak hours like 2-4pm

Chipolte is one of my go to dinner or lunch spots. Everything is delicious. I usually get a bowl though. The guac is some of the best guac I have ever had. Their meet is delicious and seasoned so well. Employees are friendly. Lines are efficient and although it can be crowded moves fast. You can also order online and they have a great app.

They are probably understaffed because I see new people every week, but it’s kinda rough. I never order online because they never get it right, so only order in person. They are all friendly and respectful, but this chipotle needs help…lol.

Terrible customer service. Takes only cash, you 'd think they 'd solve this problem after a couple months. Dirty facility and I waited in an empty line for about 10 minutes before a service rep came to serve me. I watched this boy take his time with putting on his gloves and walking over to me just to ask what do you want . The people who work there give the impression that they don 't want to work. If I could give 0 stars I would , they should just close down this branch.
