Worked for me nothing is really open after 10 pm to get something other than Mc Donalds in Newport News Va

The food and service were both good, but the atmosphere was quite uncomfortable. While we were waiting to be served, the owner publicly scolded one of the staff members, which made things very awkward. This all happened during lunchtime on June 29, 2022. Although the system was down and they had to operate everything manually—which wasn't an issue in itself—the tension in the air while waiting to place our order was really uncomfortable. It was quite an experience!

I won't go into too much detail about my experience today, but I ordered a sandwich through a mobile app and picked it up on my way to work. Unfortunately, the sandwich was poorly assembled, with hardly any ingredients, and they didn't even bother to cut it in half despite it being a foot long. To make matters worse, the bread was stale. When I called to address the issue, I was told they couldn't do anything about it, but they would "try harder" next time. Safe to say, I'm quite disappointed and won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Quick service, warm fries, crisp lettuce, sizzling hot burgers, and ice-cold 50/50 tea.

I placed a pickup order at this location and found that the drink machine wasn't working properly, dispensing the wrong drink. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until I got home. When I called back to inform the restaurant, the girl who answered was quite rude and dismissive, insisting that it wasn't possible. Instead of simply acknowledging my concern with a "thank you," she chose to argue with me, a paying customer. This was a terrible experience with their customer service.
