Mystic Jamaica - Newport News

We have eaten at Mystic Jamaica many times and they never disappoint. Very good food and the people are very friendly!! Would recommend them to anyone looking for good Jamaican food. Did I mention that we drive from Virginia Beach? Worth the trip.

I love this place. I normally eat here at least 2 times a week. I tried a bunch a places in the area but I can assure you that this one is in the top 3 of my top 5.

I ate at Mystic Caribbean Restaruant a week or two ago and let me tell you I was really impressed! I've had Jek and Curry foods before, but never made by the hands of someone who knows hot to cook it authentically and from his heart. You can tell the love that was put into making their food which is why it makes it so great. Plus the portion sizes are huge. I tried to eat all of the large jerk chicken and my girlfriend tried to finish her order of small goat, but it was so much we couldn't finish it. Looks like we will have more tasty food to eat tomorrow for lunch. Not only dothey have a nice menu with lots of great choices, but also an extensive variaty of drinks. Many of which you won't find anywhere else. So if you are looking for a great meal in newport news visit Mystic and you won't be disapointed. I plan on make many more visit to one of my new favorite restaruants on the peninsula.

I go to mystic every day and eat for lunch. It is the best stop to get my jerk and curry. I love them.
