Hardee's - Newport News

The 1st apple turn over I received was not very good at all but after speaking to the sales clerk the second serving of apple pie was delicious

The customer service was very poor. We went through the drive thru and were told to pull over and wait. The car that was waiting before us got their money back and left. Our food was delivered to the wrong car. I went inside with our receipt after waiting 20 minutes and was served by two females that tried their best, but the other workers were not helpful and one had a very poor attitude. The chicken was hard, the green beans tasted old, and the biscuits were gummy. I've never been this disappointed with Hardee's. This location needs retraining for their current staff.

I ordered the big cheese burger combo. The fries were cold, and the hamburger was burnt. Also, a half of an onion was added with no mustard. You have got to do better hardees

Food is good quality, usually fresh and made correctly. But.. Sometimes they seem to take an excessive amount of time sometimes. Having cars pull forward so they can walkyour food out to you whenever it's ready.

In-and-out $1 drink. Clean . Jada was my lovely cashier.
