Bidrage med feedbackI love discovering new places to eat so when I got a flyer for Fu Leen Palace in the mail I was stoked to try them out. I ordered the lunch special on their website. For $7.50 you get an entree (extra charge noodles and other sides) and an egg roll or a soda. I went with bourbon chicken w/white rice and egg roll. Since there is a $15 minimum for delivery, I added a soda and crab rangoon. The website was easy to navigate. The only real issue is that I didn't see what soda they offered. No biggie. There was an option to leave note so I just listed what I wanted. Food was delivered about when they said it would be. I ate about 3 of the rangoon. I scooped some of my chicken and rice into another bowl to make it easier to stir and eat. I put the lid back on the carry out container to shake and mix it up. The rangoon was pretty good but the chicken was lackluster. There wasn't much sauce to speak of. I opened the container to get more chicken and rice and noticed a weird clump on the lip of the bowl. I look closer and see it's a freaking bug!! I obviously didn't get to try the egg roll and pitched all of the food I ordered. I called the restaurant and the woman apologized and offered to refund my order. I'll have to wait a few days for the refund. But I'm glad they didn't try to give me new food. No thanks! Sadly, I can't say that I will be ordering from here again.
I don't know what these other reviewers are saying about the customer service and delivery drivers. My experience has been the complete opposite.I have ordered multiple times from this place: delivery, in person, and for pick up, and in every case the food was fresh, made to order, and tasted delicious.This is my go-to spot for Chinese food since I've moved here and they have always made great meals for me. I regularly eat here and they have not messed up an order yet.
I ordered delivery a couple times. Food was ok. Rice taste weird. When I went into the restaurant for the first time. I was greeted with “what’s your order?” Customer service is 0. Now that I’ve seen inside of restaurant I will not be back.
Food is good but for 5 years now we order extra meat with our meals and the extra does not fit in the combo plate container so they put it in a circular plastic container which is fine but this time we ordered $4 extra shrimp and they didn't send it and the owner herself refused to bring the meat she didn't give us. Called us liars and talked ugly and we're the ones who got robbed for $10 when we spent $41 in food. She was rude and didn't care at all that we payed for food and didn't get it. What a joke . The food isn't good enough to be called liars and she could careless that we were unhappy. She said oh well bye.
The restaurant worker is extremely rude, they had tripping hazards throughout the restaurant. They have a kid's bike inside the restaurant near the kitchen which is beyond unsanitary especially since the bike is dirty and even if it's ridden inside where there is foot traffic or outside, any bikes inside the restaurant where it is visible especially near the kitchen is not where it belongs. They should have left it near the front door or in the back of the restaurant where it is not visible or anywhere near the kitchen. They have kids' toys all over the floors near the open dining areas. They have the majority of the restaurant blocked off but they have open seating near the kid's toys all over the floors. Not to mention the trash on their counters where it is visible when you walk into the place. They do need to fix their problems before they start being rude to customers. This is not ok!
