Bidrage med feedbackI usually have a pretty good experience with one specific employee. But when I go and it?s someone else it?s hit or miss. I got an iced caramel macchiato last time I was there and there was about a half inch layer of straight sugar at the bottom and my drink wasn?t made right at all. That was the only time my drink wasn?t right out of the million times I?ve been there so ??
The employees are ok. They really don't know the menu or what to suggest. My order was messed up twice and then the price was off. The person I assumed to be the manager was somewhat helpful but acted like she was too busy. The layout of the store was nice. Kind of small but ok.
It's disappointing that they've stopped making their own donuts, but the food is still quite good.
It's Dunkin'—what more can I say? The staff were prompt and courteous. However, it seemed that the POS software update had a few glitches on the day of my visit.
Misleading pricing for donuts and a wait of 20-30 minutes for service, especially if no one is available to address the issue for several days!
