Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a pizza as a late night meal for my family. When we got home from picking up the pizza and garlic knots. My sister noticed the butt of a bug in the pizza box. after further inspection my sister found a long piece of curly hair and I had noticed an insect leg on my pizza. When i called to tell someone all they could offer me was $15 off my “next purchase” like i would EVER order from them again. i’m so disgusted and i advise you to NEVER order unless like eating insects and other peoples hair. 0/10..
I ordered a pizza, and when I realized my order was incorrect, they had to remake it. While that 's a rookie mistake, it 's not worth a 1 star review. What is though, is that when I brought the pizza back in the store, they threw it in a bag and gave it to a delivery driver to deliver it. When I called them out for giving someone else a pizza that I already touched, an employee told the driver it 's fine and he took it to deliver it.Food safety is no joke, and people shouldn 't be paying for food that was already handled by another customer.

I would've given 5 stars, but 4 is more reasonable. Came in to get food for pickup. When we pull up, lobby is BARE! 1 folding chair and that's it. We ordered our food, lady was nice about it. Food is reasonably priced. Fiance ordered a pizza with ham, black olive, pepperoni. Instead of black olive, he got mushroom. He called the restaurant to fix it. Since it was a pickup, they wanted us to come back to pick it up. Mind you, we live about 6 miles away. So instead, we got a $15 store credit. We will come back as it is good. Check your food before leaving though
Everything I am about to discuss in this review is not only disturbing but absolutely terrifying when it comes to customer service. For dinner my family and I decided to order Pizza. Chanellos are usually our favorite so we decided to give them a call. This is where the horror begins. I called this store and the phone rung non stop for 8 minutes. So I hung up and tried again, figured they were busy. Called back the second time; it rung for about 5 minutes and a young lady picked up and says “hold on” and puts the phone on hold (confirmed by the sound of music playing). I could tell by the young lady’s tone that this experiment was not going to be pleasant. But again, I gave the benefit of doubt and thought when she gets back on the phone maybe her tone would be better. 20 minutes go pass and I am still on hold per the hold music. So I ended the call. I called back and after about 5 minutes or ringing someone picks up the phone and just sits it there. I am completely taken aback at the blatant disregard for customers. So I sit there on the phone saying hello and they sit there with no response; nothing just sitting on the phone. So I hung up again for the 3rd time, also I have decided this would be my last attempt. Once again I called they picked up, said nothing and just sat the phone down. They refuse to take any orders or speak to anyone. This was so unprofessional she never even greeted me on the phone. She never talked to me; nothing. This young lady and this store needs to be reported and rectified immediately.
