Buffalo Wild Wings - Newport News

I’ve been coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings for years and it has just progressively gone down hill with service. The past 3 times I’ve come here it took over 20 mins just for my waiter/waitress to introduce themselves and ask me what drink I’d like, on top of that they constantly get orders wrong mixing up flavors on wings or leaving the flavoring off completely then offer you a side of it??? No get my order right

Valerie is amazing! Always does whatever possible to make our visit memorable. The Pineapple Mojito is absolutely fantastic. They don't have sparkling water on the menu but the soda water from the bar tastes just as good.

I ordered over $70 worth of food and they forgot to give me my wings so I had to go back to get that. What's worse is when they gave me the wings they were thrown into the delivery bag so all the flavors were mixed together. Will never order from here again.

So i had ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and i prefer a SIDE SALAD. so when we got to the side salad part, i said i wanted a cobb salad. she said ok what do u want on it and that was it. the bill come out and it said that the side salad that i ordered was 12.99!! so i asked why is it this price, and she said that a cobb isn’t a side salad. so what im trying to figure out is, why didnt. she either tell me that a cobb isn’t a side salad and its a separate thing OR i can only get the whatever side salad they had. i dont like how she didn’t communicate and explain to me, so that wouldn’t have happened. and besides who is eating a WHOLE salad, with a BIG chicken sandwich. i just need better communication and explain WHILE taking my orderParking: it was a lot of people there but still a lot of spots to park.
