Tommy Bahama Island Grille - Newport Beach

There were a group of people confirmed for this reservation. The special event was my birthday. The food, service, ambiance and overall experience was spectacular! Our waiter was NICK... and he was amazing!!!! He was extremely attentive, gave exceptional recommendations on special drinks and entrees ,and was one of the best waiters I had encountered. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and we were all from difference parts of the country. Could not have asked for a better birthday restaurant experience!!!! Thank YOU Nick and Tommy Bahamas!!!!

Special lunch for a friend/neighbor 's 80th birthday. Service was excellent as was our booth, food outstanding. The noise level was a bit loud at times, but understandable with the open concept. The only negative we commented on was the hostess circulating with her IPAD several times and making notations as to table availability. I 'm sure that must be done, but she could have been more discreet about it because it made us feel rushed.

Server was not attentive….had to ask other servers for assistance

This is a wonderful place to eat. Always great food and the ambiance is equal. We always make a point to eat here when in town. Also a plus to be able to shop the Tommy Bahama store at the same visit. Christine

Love Tommy Bahamas and the crab cakes were so good.
