Bidrage med feedbackThe selection of desserts here was to die for, and the customer service was top notch. The chocolate dipped Balboa bar and frozen banana were both delicious. The chocolate was just the right thickness: thick enough to add a lot of chocolatey goodness without being so thick it was hard to crunch through. I got toasted coconut on my bar and it added a lot of flavor. My caramel macchiato was also great for a place that specializes more in desserts, and my wife was happy with her affogato sundae. We're not in Newport Beach often, but the next time we are I'm sure we'll be back to Cowafornia to give some other menu items a try!
Best ice cream shop I've ever been to! The flavors will get you whether you want them to or not! The owner is friendly, and loves to bring in new flavors and ideas often. Ice cream and espresso what's not to love here?
Nice place in a good place near the water and the pier. The hand Dipped Balboa bars are one of the specialties. I tried the Affogato Sunday, it was so good. They decorate it with a cow shape chocolate
The ice cream is a straight 10 out of 10, would recommend the bunny tracks. Emmit and Nick were straight homies. Give those men a raise!!
Great flavors and texture. Service was friendly and accommodating, my group was sharing a single scoop and without asking they gave us extra bowls and spoons. Consistency of ice cream was smooth. Definitely worth walking the extra half block, instead of Summerland
